Until June 2007, Conroy Cottage was owned by a family from Acworth, Georgia and was not rented out. They used it as a weekend home and put a lot of nice additions on to the house. When my wife and I bought it we made a few more improvements (such as the addition of the deck) and only began renting out Conroy Cottage in October of 2007. Most of these comments can be found in the guest comment book at Conroy Cottage.
